This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with local and national electrical codes.Primary Duties and AccountabilitiesDiagnose and repair electrical systems, including service panels, circuits, outlets, switches, and lighting.Install new electrical systems and upgrade existing systems to meet customer needs and code requirements.Perform residential Level 2 EV charger installations, including site assessments, panel upgrades, and permitting support.Conduct safety inspections and code compliance checks.Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendations.Complete all required documentation, including service tickets, time logs, and material usage.Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situationsMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.Minimum Qualifications5 years of residential electrical work experienceValid State Journeyman Electrician LicenseStrong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and state-specific code requirementsProficient in the use of hand and power toolsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsEligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's licenseAbility to work weekends, holidays, and overtimePreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience installing residential level 2 EV chargers
