Lead/participate in multiple projects by completing & updating project documentation; project scoping; adjust schedules; determine daily priorities; ensure efficient & on-time delivery of project tasks & milestones; follow proper escalation paths; identify, create & facilitate process design changes by conducting business & systems process analysis & design at a complex level; focus on quality improvement & data mgmt; ensure data is reliable & valid; develop/re-engineer process improvements; develop strategies w/QA team to implement test cases for stress & UAT tests; collaborate w/developers to implement requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process; assess business process & system inefficiencies; administer defined procedures, analysis, & report generation; resolve complex problems related to projects.
