Responsibilities include executing strategic sales plans, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to our mission of promoting renewable energy. The Sales Manager will conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and help develop and implement effective sales strategies.Business Development: Identify and pursue sales initiatives across various types of solar assets: C&I, Residential,and Utility-Scale - and convert them into actual salesClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding theirneeds and offering tailored solutionsSales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets, including sales and forecasting goalsMarket Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth marketsReporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, provide regular reports to management, and provide ad hoc strategies tooptimize sales performanceCollaboration: Work closely with marketing and any cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize customersatisfactionTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor sales members, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture Perform all other duties as assigned due to the changing needs of the sales team or the companyBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
