Locums NP/PA Äì Urgent Care Outpatient Clinic Lumberton, NC Why This Role Ongoing urgent care coverage with full-time schedule potential Outpatient-only setting with no call responsibilities Autonomy as sole provider with structured support staff Consistent patient volume with mix of adult and pediatric care Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Setting: Urgent Care Clinic Schedule: Full-time coverage preferred Dates to be discussed based on availability No call Patient Volume: 40 Äì60 patients per day EMR: Epic Credentialing: 20 days Location: Lumberton, NC Local only Äì mileage reimbursed up to 60 miles roundtrip Requirements Board Certified (NP or PA) Active NC license BLS NC DEA Minimum 12 months urgent care or relevant experience Experience treating adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) Clinical Details Scope: Urgent care for adult and pediatric patients (6 months+) Responsibilities include: Evaluating and treating acute conditions Performing minor procedures (I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation) Managing high-volume patient flow independently Patient Population: All ages (6 months and up) Support: Medical Assistant and clinic staff onsite Supervising physician available offsite
