Lead high-level creative pitching initiatives, ensuring Kobalts catalogue is positioned with clarity, cultural relevance, and commercial intent. Rights Clearance & Negotiation: Manage, negotiate and close synchronization requests, ensuring all rights are cleared accurately and efficiently while balancing creative and commercial priorities. Negotiate complex licensing agreements while maintaining deal momentum. Client Relationship Management: Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with music supervisors, advertising agencies, production companies, directors, and other key decision-makers across advertising.
