Digital Marketing Architect

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Architect role in Akron, OH for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The Digital Marketing Architect drives the integration and optimization of Marketing technology platforms that enhance user experience, marketing performance, digital consumer and user engagement, and communication efforts. The Digital Marketing Architect works closely with the SVP, Corporate Communications, and Compliance departments to define MarTech needs, solution details, resourcing, and manages the execution of work. Responsibilities: Works with IT&S teams and technology vendors to build and maintain engineering delivery timelines, unblock engineering teams, and increase efficiency and velocity of Marketing technology project execution. Uses understanding of operations and workflows to provide valuable advice to leadership for the purpose of Digital Marketing, Consumer Experience and Engagement. Data management and research. Reports to the System Director, Chief of Staff to CIO and acts as the subject matter expert for any Digital Marketing and Experience topics within and outside of IT&S. Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 7 years of experience in digital technology roles, with a proven track record in managing complex technology platforms to include: Experience in digital marketing, CRM, and consumer engagement platforms in a healthcare setting. Experience with Epic and Epic-related software for implementation project management End-to-end understanding of data and flows in consumer-facing applications to allow safe, secure, and compliant cohort and user engagement for Marketing purposes. Strong knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to patient data, privacy, and financial compliance such as HIPAA, SOX, CCPA etc. especially as they pertain to record and data storage requirements Proficient knowledge of various clinical departments and clinical datasets. Proficient knowledge of CRM application data and how it is used within operations. Proven analytical and operational process improvement skills. PC proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.). j. Demonstrates excellent planning, task management, problem solving skills. Great communication skills, upwards to Executives, within area, across project teams. Very skilled with creation of technical documents such as design documents, architecture diagrams, flow diagrams. Sedentary: Exerts up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.
