This individual will play a critical role not only in managing projects from inception to completion but also in driving the implementation and optimization of ServiceTitan software across operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeoutOversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulationsCollaborate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project successLead the implementation of ServiceTitan, including setup, customization, and process integrationTrain and support teams on ServiceTitan usage for scheduling, dispatching, job costing, and reportingMonitor project financials, track costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budgetDevelop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reportsIdentify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to safety standards and company policies across all job sitesRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in mechanical trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)Proven experience managing ground-up or large-scale construction projectsHands-on experience implementing or administering ServiceTitan softwareStrong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with subcontracting firms or MEP contractorsCertification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plusStrong financial acumen and experience with project cost controlFamiliarity with construction management tools and ERP systemsInterested candidates, please apply online with a detailed resume and contact information.Thank you.
