Senior Oracle EBS Developer - DoD Projects

DCCA is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Developer to support the DHA‐EOSS organization in Colorado. You will design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle Financials modules, ensuring compliance with DoD standards and interfacing with DoD boundary systems. The role requires strong PL/SQL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Workflow expertise, plus experience turning business requirements into technical designs. Public Trust/NACI clearance preferred.
