Many of our leaders started in entry-level roles, and we're committed to helping motivated team members grow their careers with us.Routine Tasks:Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge, answering questions, and making personalized suggestionsMaintain product freshness through regular rotation and quality checksRestock and rotate displays to ensure visual appeal and freshnessPackage, label, and price self-service items accuratelyCut and prepare seafood products according to company standardsClean and maintain scales, cutting areas, and prep stationsOperate department equipment including knives, steamers, and scales safely and efficientlyAssist with other tasks as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of agePrior experience in seafood, grocery, or food service is strongly preferredAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and reading skillsStrong attention to detail and visual presentationTeam player with a positive, service-oriented attitudeA passion for serving peoplePhysical & Work EnvironmentA Seafood Associate works primarily in the Seafood department. This role involves walking and standing for extended periods, lifting and moving products weighing up to 80 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
