Job Description Administrative AssistantCleveland, OHDescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our on-site Operations Manager at Cleveland Airport. This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly by managing administrative functions, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring accurate inventory and procurement processes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the Operations ManagerCoordinate and manage new employee onboarding , including paperwork and system setupDeliver excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and airport stakeholdersManage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of materials and suppliesHandle spare parts procurement , including sourcing, ordering, and trackingCreate, update, and track work ordersProcess and monitor purchase orders (POs)Order and track uniform deliveries for employeesMaintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company proceduresRequirementsQualifications2+ years of administrative or operations support experience (preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesExperience with inventory management and procurement processes is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is a plus.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced airport environmentWhat We're Looking ForDetail-oriented and highly dependableStrong problem-solving mindsetAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficientlyProfessional and responsive communication styleWhy Join UsDay Shift Monday - FridayOpportunity to work closely with leadershipGreat benefits: 401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Days, Medical Insurance, Dental & Vision, Life Insurance, etc. . . .Company Description We are a full-service provider for Airport Locations within the United States.
