This is a field-first leadership role for licensed electricians who are ready to manage jobsite operations, direct crews, and ensure electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code.You'll be responsible for executing and overseeing installations-from conduit and gear to underground systems and interconnection-while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Our projects span the country, and our team thrives on solving complex challenges with speed, clarity, and purpose.Visit facilityig.com to learn more.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations for electrical installation crews on active solar construction sitesPerform hands-on work including conduit, panel, switchgear, utility interconnection, and commissioningEnforce NEC, safety standards, and quality expectations across all jobsite electrical workRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications; ensure accurate executionManage site logistics including material delivery, crew scheduling, and workflow coordinationTroubleshoot technical issues and proactively resolve field challengesTrain, mentor, and supervise apprentices and subcontractorsCollaborate with Construction Managers and Project Managers to ensure timely, budget-conscious completionMaintain accurate jobsite documentation and communicate progress and concernsQualificationsValid Journeyman Electrician License (Arizona preferred)6+ years of field electrical experience, with proven leadership in commercial/industrial settingsSolar installation experience strongly preferredExpertise in NEC, conduit installation, interconnection, underground, and low-voltage systemsOSHA 30 certification preferredStrong planning, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to manage high-performing crews while actively contributing to field workProfessional, self-motivated, and accountable; respected by peers and team membersComfortable working across multiple sites with evolving project needsBenefitsHourly pay: $50-$55+ based on experiencePerformance BonusesHealth, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Training and CertificationsApprenticeship and Mentorship SupportCareer Growth with a rapidly expanding solar divisionLeadership opportunities with impactScheduleFull-TimeMonday to FridayOvertime and occasional weekends based on project timelinesLocationCommercial and industrial solar sites throughout Arizona100% onsite role; travel within the state as required by project locationEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
