We are partnering with a global technology and engineering organization in the Energy & Utilities industry to identify a senior leader for an exciting strategic role focused on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Grid Digitalization.This position will lead product strategy and innovation initiatives for next-generation software solutions across:⚡ Renewable Power Plant Controls⚡ SCADA & Grid Automation⚡ Hybrid Energy Management Systems⚡ Transmission & Distribution (T&D) technologiesKey requirements:✔ 15+ years of experience in Product Management / Technical Product Leadership✔ Strong background in Utilities, Power Systems, Grid Automation or Renewable Energy technologies✔ Experience with AI/ML, cloud platforms, analytics, and modern software solutions✔ Customer-facing experience supporting sales, solutioning, or technical pre-sales in North America✔ Leadership experience managing high-performing technical/product teamsAdditional InformationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United StatesDallas, Texas, USASalary Range: USD 200K annual base salary
