You'll be:Operating major plant equipment and processes, including pumps, valves, filters, screens, compressors, and dryersMaintaining equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal operationOperating a forklift and supporting logistics by loading/unloading trucks and rail carsKeeping accurate records, interpreting instructions, and performing product quantity and quality testingIdentifying and reporting safety violations or concernsUpholding excellent housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork standardsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a production manufacturing environment (3 years as a chemical operator preferred)Possess basic computer skills and SAP knowledgeWork well in a team and demonstrate strong communication skillsMaintain good work habits regarding attendance, safety, and housekeepingAre able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including overtimeCan lift and carry up to 55 lbs, work from heights or in contained areas, and wear required PPE such as face masks/shieldsThrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environmentOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
