Saturday 930am to 6 pmPay: $22.00/hourJob DescriptionAssists Dining Manager in training new associates. Answers, advises, or asks questions, and solves problems presented by other associates.Quality checks all completed production; tastes all menu items, ensuring that they meet standards for appearance, texture, taste, temperature, and overall quality. Is proactive in making corrections to production, plating and presentation done by other production associates.Prepares forecasted amounts of each menu item assigned, as identified on production sheets. Follows recipes accurately.
