Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Manager role supports revenue generation for the Kitchen Equipment Services Group (KES) and our National Services Center (NSC). The KES/NSC team are a part of our ESFM the corporate facilities division of Compass Group, providing over 70 different facilities services to existing clients. This self-performance model creates a consistent hospitality experience for clients, resulting in higher engagement and productivity from their employees. ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. The Inside Sales manager will consistently focus on engaging existing Compass Group clients across all our company’s sectors and presenting our KES/NSC service solutions to their decision makers.
