Munich Re Specialty Global Markets North America (MRSGM N.A.) is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as we grow. As part of Munich Re Group, we are a unique organization providing expertise in specialty and marine lines of insurance as well as surety risks and customs bonds with in-house claims solutions. We are seeking a full time Summer Intern, Sales & Service to join the Roanoke Insurance Group division as a hybrid employee in our Houston, TX office reporting to the Regional Vice President. Job Profile Will learn to understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service Rotate through our Surety Bonds, Logistics Insurance, Commercial Lines & Sales departments as needs arise and provide support to those areas Accepts designated, business-focus projects as assigned Engages with customers or clients and provides customer service as it pertains to the task at hand Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems Job Requirements Good Verbal communication Excellent Organizational skills Professionalism Customer focus Confidentiality.
