Job Description Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Line Cook to elevate our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will oversee daily food preparation, ensure the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness, and inspire your team to achieve excellence. DutiesLead and supervise the line cooking team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation for all service periodsOversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sanitation standardsAssist in menu developmentPrepare high-quality dishes with precision, demonstrating excellent knife skills and food preparation techniquesCoordinate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize wasteMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines RequirementsCandidates should be reliable, passionate, creative, hard-working and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Must have a good attitude, be a team player and have strong leadership and communication skills.ServSafe CertifiedA minimum of 3 years kitchen / line cook experienceA minimum of 1 year management experienceAbility to lift 30+ poundsAbility to stand for 8+ hoursAvailability during operating hours/weekends Hours: Off every Monday & Tuesday.
