This role will oversee a territory within the southwest United States, with a focus on Texas. The base salary for this role can range from $72,000 and $90,000 per year, or more, depending on skills education and experience. What you will need: Broad specialized training equivalent to 2 years of college.Product knowledge of all Flexco products.Minimum 5 years of experience.Able to lift up to 50 pounds.MSHA training completedThe ability to work in an underground environmentWhat you will be doing:Facilitate and provide service-related activities in coordination with Flexco Territory Managers, through distribution channel and direct with end-usersFacilitate conveyor audits at customer site locationsProvide product field support services in coordination with Flexco Territory Managers, through distribution channel and direct with end-usersMake joint sales calls and conduct customer presentationsTroubleshoot product application challenges and provide solutionsParticipate in and support trade show effortsConduct product demonstrations, coordinate product test site locations, assist in new product launchesConduct and present internal and external product training to Flexco Territory Managers, distribution channel and end-users by demonstrating features and benefitsParticipate in classroom and “road show” trainingProvide technical support to Flexco sales organization, customers and internalProvide selling support in the areas of custom quotes and bid proposals for all Flexco products.Coordinate supply of technical drawings and literatureSupport marketing initiatives for related installation and training videosResearch and collect competitive activities and selling strategies in the fieldProvide input for new product development and service strategies for all Flexco products.Participate in the resolution of product quality problemsFlexco is an equal-opportunity employer that offers a generous compensation and benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401(k) with matching funds, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, vacation, and more.
