Bookkeeper + Administrative Coordinator
Bookkeeper with Administrative Coordination Experience:
This is a part-time position whose primary responsibility is bookkeeping. The role starts at 5-10 hours per week and pays $20/hr - $35/hr (based on training and experience). The position can grow.
Experience:
Three to Five years of reporting to a financial controller or accountant
Two Full Cycles of organizational accounting experience (with QuickBooks Online a plus)
990 Experience
Two years working at a 501c3 (Optional)
Grant Experience (Optional).
2+ years experience in administration (Preferably within Google Workspace)
Bookkeeping Responsibilities:
Work with the accountant to ensure bookkeeping is maintained correctly and promptly.
Meet with ED every week to go over bookkeeping, income, and expenses
Meet with the Accountant as needed
Our CPA will provide bookkeeping training and mentorship. They have 10+ years of non-profit accounting experience.
Billing & Invoicing Responsibilities:
Invoicing - Submit invoices under ED’s Direction
Monitor Bills & Auto-payments for ED and Managers to pay
Tracking & Reporting Responsibilities: Compile regular reports by consolidating data from our online systems.
