Role DescriptionThis is a full-time (hybrid or remote position) for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively and maintain accurate records of communications.QualificationsStrong skills and experience in Customer Service and Customer SupportProven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhance the Customer ExperienceExperience with customer-focused roles such as Customer Service RepresentativesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentProficiency in using ERP systems and related technologies is a plusProblem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesAccurately process customer orders in a timely mannerManage and process product returns in accordance with company proceduresServe as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and fulfillmentInvestigate and resolve order discrepancies and fulfillment issuesIdentify root causes of errors and support corrective actionsReconcile inventory and order discrepancies as neededProvide general customer support via phone and emailAssist with additional operational tasks as neededWork EnvironmentHybrid or remote role based in Henderson, NCCombination of office and occasional warehouse interactionMay involve sitting, standing, and light physical activityBenefits401(k) + company matchHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
