Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator - LPC, LCSW, LMFTFacility Location: Cushing, OK 74023Shift: Days; (5x8) HPW: 40Duration: 8 Weeks Job Description:Conduct mental health screenings and assessments through clinical interviews and review of available records.Develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans based on client needs and functional levels.Provide direct mental health counselling and therapeutic interventions, including crisis response when necessary.Document all treatment and evaluations in the healthcare record in a timely and confidential manner.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of psychological counselling theories and techniques.Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of care delivery.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a comparable role.Current and valid LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in the state of practice.BLS (AHA)Valid driver's license preferred (may be required based on contractual obligations).Must be at least 18 years of age.
