A company is looking for an eHealth Coach to engage with participants and promote healthy lifestyle behaviors through electronic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate daily with program participants using personalized, scripted emails
Maintain participant engagement through ongoing messaging and follow-ups
Utilize online systems to document interactions and manage cases
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with two years of experience in healthcare or customer service, or a Bachelor's degree
Comfort with technology and digital communication platforms
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work within message-based coaching platforms
Health coaching experience preferred
