Parts Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Associate

As a well know Carrier Refrigeration, Volvo, and Hino dealership, we have 15 locations throughout Illinois, Missouri, Wisconsin and Tennessee. If you describe yourself as a people person and a great communicator, this is the position for you!Job DutiesPrepare orders and get parts ready for deliveryDeliver parts to customersLoad and unload parts inventory shipments Complete vehicle safety checks before each deliveryAssist customers with any questions they may haveProvide invoices to customers and collect payment Observe and report customer information, including customer buying habits and competitive intrusionWork with the Parts Manager on account management, including distribution of invoices, cash handling and the processing of returnsResponsible for maintenance, cleanliness, appearance and the safe operation of company-owned delivery vehiclesAssist the Shipping and Receiving department in keeping the parts area clean, organized and stockedVerify the contents of inventory loads against shipping informationOther duties as assignedDesired CompetenciesKnowledge and experience with parts delivery or a related field beneficial but not required Excellent communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented Team PlayerSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demands QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record 2+ years' experience as a Parts Delivery Driver or similar position preferred but not required BenefitsQuarterly BonusesHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance401K with company matchingCompany paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceAnnual Boot & Tool AllowanceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
