But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families.This is your responsibility.You will manage the complete enrollment experience for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a coordination role. You own how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether their enrollment decision is grounded in genuine fit. You will evaluate alignment, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Relocation assistance is provided.What You Will Be DoingManaging the complete enrollment lifecycle for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding.Facilitating exploratory conversations to assess compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining full transparency on status and follow-up actions.Guiding campus tours, student shadow visits, and enrollment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment data integrity (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, strategic prioritization, and service excellence.What You Won’t Be DoingExecuting transactional or aggressive sales approaches.Accepting enrollments from poorly matched families to satisfy numerical targets.Leading a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple stakeholders.Operating remotely. This role requires campus presence by design.Dean Of Enrollment Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver a high-trust, highly selective enrollment process that attracts aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and educational performance of the Alpha model.Basic Requirements3+ years providing premium, tailored service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or entrepreneurial service operations).Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning first contact through onboarding.Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization system.Ability to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your own product or service due to poor fit.Professional written communication capability with senior leaders, high-net-worth individuals, or discerning clients.Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Palm Beach, FL; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC.Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Nice-to-have RequirementsExperience in competitive private school admissions or selective program recruitment.Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level operational support.Experience designing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.Comfort leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity.About AlphaWant to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
