Team members are encouraged to “Experience the LandMark Difference” by delivering exceptional customer service and taking pride in every aspect of the business.Role Description The Location Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Minden, NE, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the dealership location. This role manages sales, service, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality customer interactions, and alignment with company standards and goals. The Location Manager leads and develops team members, coordinates staffing and training, and supports performance management to maintain a productive, safe, and inclusive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, assisting with budgeting, optimizing inventory and service scheduling, and ensuring the location delivers consistent, high-level customer service. The Location Manager also collaborates with regional leadership and Support Centers to implement company initiatives and continuously improve operational processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive experiences and long-term relationships with clients.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members, customers, and leadership and to convey information clearly.Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to support financial planning, cost control, and location profitability.Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard, coach, and develop team members in alignment with company standards and procedures.Experience in retail, agriculture equipment, or related industries is beneficial, along with prior leadership or supervisory experience.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.Proficiency with basic business software and dealership or inventory management systems is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
