Applicants can expect a professional environment focused on quality service and long-term customer success—“the LandMark Difference.”Role Description The Location Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Minden, NE, responsible for leading daily operations at the dealership location. This role oversees sales, service, and parts activities to ensure efficient workflows and high levels of customer satisfaction. The Location Manager manages and supports team members, including scheduling, coaching, and training, while promoting a safe and inclusive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, assisting with budgeting, aligning inventory and service capacity with customer demand, and maintaining facility standards. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers and the local community, handling escalated service concerns, and coordinating closely with regional leadership and Support Centers to implement company processes and growth initiatives.Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to building long-term relationships.Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers, team members, and leadership.Experience with Budgeting, financial oversight, or managing location-level performance metrics.Ability to provide Training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance performance and service quality.Proven leadership experience in retail, dealership, agricultural equipment, or related industries.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with basic computer systems and dealership or inventory management software.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, management, or agriculture is beneficial.Knowledge of agricultural equipment, farm operations, or John Deere products is a plus.
