🚧 We’re Hiring: Staff Project Controls Specialist (12-Month Contract)📍 Lexington, KY (or Louisville, KY) | ✈️ Travel: ~1 week/monthAre you someone who thrives on bringing structure, clarity, and control to complex projects? We’re looking for a Staff Project Controls Specialist to support large-scale engineering and construction initiatives—helping teams stay on track, on budget, and ahead of risk.🔍 What You’ll DoSet up and manage projects within Enterprise Planning & Controls systemsBuild and maintain WBS structures, schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow modelsAnalyze project performance using critical path method (CPM) and earned value techniquesMonitor schedules, resource loading, and progress trackingSupport procurement processes, including POs and subcontract approvalsCollaborate with Project Management & Accounting teams on cost tracking and auditsLead or support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM)Conduct schedule “what-if” scenarios and forecasting analysisPerform field audits, quality checks, and reporting validationsAssist with project forensic analysis when needed✅ What You BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field(or equivalent experience)3+ years of hands-on project controls experienceStrong experience with Oracle Primavera P6 (preferred)Solid understanding of scheduling, cost control, and forecastingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsOSHA 10 certification (or ability to obtain)🌟 Why This Role?Work on impactful, large-scale projectsGain exposure across engineering, procurement, and construction phasesBe a key player in driving project performance and decision-makingCollaborative team environment with room to growIf you’re detail-driven, analytical, and enjoy solving complex project challenges, this could be a great fit.📩 Apply now or message me directly to learn more!
