Wireless Sales Associate

Radianta Inc. is growing our sales team and looking for an entry level Wireless Sales Associate to represent AT&T Fiber. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and learning new skills in a professional, team-focused environment. As a Wireless Sales Associate, you'll connect with customers, learn about their internet needs, introduce AT&T Fiber services, and help them find solutions that fit their needs. You'll receive hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you build confidence in sales, communication, and customer service. No previous sales experience is required. We value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. *Wireless Sales Associate Responsibilities* * Engage customers through professional, face-to-face conversations. * Introduce AT&T Fiber internet services and explain available features. * Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. * Provide clear answers about AT&T Fiber products, services, and enrollment. * Guide customers through the enrollment process and ensure a smooth experience. * Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales goals. *Wireless Sales Associate Qualifications* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers. * Motivated to learn sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. * Dependable, goal-oriented, and available to work full-time. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.
