Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities: Work directly with customers and businesses to promote AT&T’s full suite of products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and business solutions Deliver personalized customer service by identifying customer and business needs and recommending tailored solutions Support day-to-day sales operations, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish Assist in driving sales goals, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to overall team success Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and businesses to encourage retention and repeat business Learn and apply sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, upselling, and closing Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in sales, business, management and leadership Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment High level of professionalism and customer-first attitude Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, products, and sales techniques Team player with the ability to also work independently Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,800.00 per month Work Location: On the road
