Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and policy guidance to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, maintaining accurate records, addressing concerns, and providing comprehensive support to meet client needs. You will collaborate with team members and contribute to improving service processes to better support our valued customers.
