Job DescriptionActively involved in improving welding productivity, welding quality, and safety.Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.Able to administer safety and training programs for all department employees.Ability to communicate information clearly and directly to co-workers and supervisors both verbally and in writing.Has the ability to identify, organize, estimate, and recognize differences or similarities with excellent attention to detail.Must be able to stand and work in adverse conditions (outside in all types of weather or inside in a manufacturing environment) for a minimum of 8 hours.Must be able to use simple measuring instruments (tape measure, caliper, etc.).Must be able to do extensive walking, bending, stooping, and moderate to heaving lifting.Must be able to manually work multiple levers and Knobs in association with applicable machines or equipment.
