Hydroform Operator

Location: Phoenix, AZShift: 2nd shift [3:15pm to 1:45am Monday thru Thursday w/OT opportunity Friday & Saturday]About UsPrecise Metal Products is a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision metal forming and machining. We are looking for an experienced Hydroform Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality aerospace components.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate hydroform machines (19", 20", 26", and 32").Align and prepare workpieces; lubricate parts per work instructions.Monitor gauges and machine settings to ensure proper operation.Perform dimensional and visual inspections to meet customer requirements.Complete preventative maintenance per schedule.Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards).RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.2–5 years of manufacturing/machine operation experience (hydroform preferred).Ability to solve problems using standard procedures.Proficient with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, comparators, etc.).Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a forklift.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401(k) with company match (traditional & Roth options)Paid Time Off (PTO) + HolidaysEqual Opportunity EmployerPrecise Metal Products is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
