Job Title: Lead Developer (GoLang/Java) - Digital TransformationsRequired SkillsDigital Transformations (Offer Hub): Proven experience in leading and executing digital transformation projects, with a focus on Offer Hub implementations.Microservices Development: Expertise in developing and deploying microservices using GoLang and Java.Cloud Environment: Extensive experience working in a 100% Azure cloud environment is a plus.Agile Methodology: Strong experience in Agile project environments, with the ability to work in structured, iterative workflows.Leadership & Ticket Management: Ability to lead a team of developers, assign and manage development tasks via ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).Unit Testing & Documentation: Strong focus on writing and executing unit tests, along with comprehensive documentation for microservices and related systems.Desired SkillsFamiliarity with additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).Previous experience with CI/CD pipelines in cloud-based environments.Strong understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and product owners in Agile environments.
