Executive Operations Assistant
Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for an Executive Operations Assistant on behalf of a national, nonpartisan digital health policy organization. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment supporting executive leadership, operations, communications, and external engagement initiatives.POSITION OVERVIEWThe Executive Operations Assistant will serve as a critical operational partner to the Executive Director, helping drive day-to-day execution across communications, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, event support, and organizational operations.
