Hiring: Senior MDM Specialist/ STIBO STEP WebUI ConsultantLocation: Frisco, TX (Remote OK)Experience: 8–10+ YearsNote: We are only considering U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders who can work on a W2.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced STIBO STEP WebUI Consultant with strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertise to design, configure, and optimize STEP WebUI, workflows, and integrations for enterprise-scale solutions.Must‑Have Requirements8–10+ years in MDM implementations1–2 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIMHands-on expertise with STIBO STEP WebUI & Workflow modulesStrong experience in configuration, integration, and deploymentSTIBO STEP MDM/PIM experience is mandatoryKey ResponsibilitiesBuild & customize STEP WebUI componentsConfigure workflows, dashboards, portals, business rules & validationsDesign & enhance enterprise MDM workflowsDevelop integrations using SOAP/REST APIsWork with XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScriptCollaborate with business & architecture teamsSupport data governance initiatives and continuous improvementsRequired SkillsSTIBO STEP MDM (Workflow & WebUI)Java, JavaScript, XML, JSONAPI development & integrationsExperience in Agile, enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder communication skillsPreferred:SQL & data modelingConsulting or solution architecture experience
