Planning Director

Find your calling at Mercy! The Planning Director will lead Mercy's planning and design direction for keeping Mercy on the industry leading edge while working closely with Mercy planning, design and construction and strategic partners to assure Mercy's brand objectives are accomplished. This role involves collaborating with various teams and strategic partners in review of, or creating budgets, schedules, building design guidelines and assuring brand and strategic objectives are consistent in projects across the ministry. This position, in collaboration with clinical and service line leadership shall be part of creating the future operational and design models for Mercy including workflow efficiencies, new technologies, designs of the future and their implementation.
