A nurse practitioner is an advanced practice registered nurse and provides care throughout an individual’s life. They provide medical care to patients under the supervision of a primary doctor and supervisor.
Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include:
Providing health promotion, prevention, and treatments to patients
Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions such as respiratory diseases, diabetes, high blood pressure, and infections to name a few.
Prescribing medications when needed to ensure patient health and well-being

Responsibilities
Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses and provide treatment
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures
Develop and implement treatment plans
Dictate and document all patient interactions
Notify managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems
Effectively communicate with diverse populations, including physicians, employees, patients, and families
Requirements and skills
Must hold current license/registration to practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Experienced in Allery and Immunology, Pulmonary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $110,000.00 per year
