Title: Segment Head Cyber SecurityLocation: Chicago, IL(Onsite)Type: FulltimeSalary: $170-220KOverview:In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth by positioning our specialized cybersecurity services directly with key customer stakeholders. The focus will be on revenue growth, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs.You will act as the face of our Cyber Security Practice to customer engineering teams and internal security leadership, identifying opportunities to accelerate product roadmaps and strengthen enterprise security.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Hunting, Farming & Relationship BuildingIdentify and engage key stakeholders across Security Product Development teams and the Office of the CISOBuild trusted relationships with senior leaders including VPs, Directors, Engineering Managers, and Security HeadsDrive opportunities in co-engineering, staff augmentation, penetration testing, and consulting servicesIdentify white-glove professional, support, and managed service opportunitiesExpand engagement with CISO organizations to strengthen enterprise security posture2. Solutioning & Technical LeadershipAlign cybersecurity offerings with customer security priorities and product roadmapsEngage with product teams to support feature validation, beta testing, and legacy system managementRecommend solutions to enhance internal threat defense and security posture3. Revenue Growth & Delivery OwnershipOwn the complete lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure (SOWs)Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunitiesForecast and track revenue targets effectivelyCollaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Solution Architects on RFPs and proposalsOversee program delivery, resource planning, and onboardingEnsure delivery excellence and achievement of customer satisfaction targets4. Stakeholder & Program ManagementEstablish strong governance with internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with offshore delivery teams for successful executionMentor team members and groom future cybersecurity leaders5. Market IntelligenceStay updated on emerging security technologies, trends, and competitive insightsGather customer feedback to enhance service delivery capabilitiesQualifications & Experience13+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the cybersecurity services industryProven experience working with large technology enterprises or hyperscalersStrong expertise in at least two domains such as IAM, Network Security, Cloud Security, or Data Security (with working knowledge of GRC, MDR, etc.)Demonstrated success in managing large service contracts ($5M+ TCV)Strong understanding of cybersecurity delivery, operations, consulting, and revenue managementKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and influence stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong business acumen and customer-centric mindsetLeadership capability with experience mentoring teamsAbility to operate in a global delivery model
