Apply today!Responsibilities:Examine every client's financial records, such as their income statements and previous tax returns, to calculate their total amount of taxable incomeUse all eligible tax benefits for the clientCommunicate with tax authorities and submit the final tax return on the client's behalfProvide guidance for future taxes and help them make a plan for the upcoming year to save as much money as possibleInform customers about the process for submitting their income tax returns and be clear about the deadlines to ensure clients' taxes are filed on timeServe as a liaison between tax authorities and the client, submitting the final tax forms on their behalfHandle tax filing in an organized, secure manner to ensure each client's privacy is protectedQualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalHas a valid PTIN from the Internal Revenue Service5+ years of work experience in tax consulting at an accounting firm or consulting firmProficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft ExcelMust have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar fieldMust have a college degree in accounting, finance, or a similar fieldAbout Company:We are collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced.
