The Shop Foreman will oversee the daily operations of the equipment rental shop, including supervising staff, monitoring equipment maintenance and repairs, and organizing workflow to ensure timely service. The role also involves coordinating with the team to maintain quality standards, ensuring workplace safety, and supporting equipment inspection processes. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills, including team management and workflow organizationExperience with Heavy Equipment operations, repairs, and maintenanceExcellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and clientsProficiency in Maintenance and Carpentry tasks related to equipment upkeep and repairKnowledge of workplace safety standards and complianceAbility to work both on-site in Menomonee Falls, WI, and remotely as neededA high school diploma or equivalent, with additional vocational training or certifications being a plus
