They are seeking an Assistant Plant Controller to support the Controller in managing all financial operations within the plant. This role plays a critical part in cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational analysis, while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.What You’ll Be Doing Support the Plant Controller in all aspects of financial stewardship for the facility Perform cost accounting, including BOM analysis, variance reporting, and inventory control Oversee accounts payable, payroll audit (including union considerations), and general ledger accuracy Prepare and analyze financial reports and operating performance metrics Partner with plant leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across operations Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysisWhat You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing Strong cost accounting expertise Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analytics) SAP experienceWhat’s In It For You Competitive compensation with target salary Two annual bonus opportunitiesExceptional benefits package Career Growth: Opportunity to grow within a stable, established organizationApply now!
