VP, INTEGRATED SALESNew York City, NYHybridTHE RUNDOWNThe Vice President of Integrated Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through fully integrated, multi-platform partnerships across digital, linear, sponsorship, and emerging media. This executive role leads integrated sales strategy, manages senior agency and brand relationships, and develops high-performing sales teams to deliver custom, results-driven solutions. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales leader with deep experience selling complex, cross-platform media partnerships within sports, entertainment, or adjacent industries.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHRevenue & Sales LeadershipDrive integrated revenue growth across digital, linear, sponsorship, and custom partnershipsDevelop and execute a comprehensive integrated sales strategy aligned with overall business goalsOwn pipeline development, forecasting, pricing strategy, and deal executionPersonally manage and grow key strategic agency and brand-direct accountsClient & Agency RelationshipsBuild and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies, brands, and client-direct partnersServe as a trusted advisor, translating client objectives into integrated marketing solutionsLead high-level client presentations, negotiations, and renewalsRepresent the company in client meetings, industry events, and market-facing initiativesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop integrated sales, planning, and client services teamsSet clear performance expectations and foster a high-performance sales cultureEnsure strong alignment across sellers, planners, and client services to maximize revenue and retentionCross-Functional Collaboration & ExecutionPartner closely with Digital, Linear, Sponsorship, Marketing, Research, Finance, and Operations teamsEnsure seamless internal communication and execution of integrated partnershipsMaintain high standards for stewardship, reporting, compliance, and documentationMarket Insight & LeadershipStay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamicsProvide market feedback to inform product development and sales innovationTravel as needed to support key client relationships and market growthWHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree preferred8-10+ years of experience in media sales or sales leadership within sports, entertainment, or related industriesBackground in integrated sales environments combining digital, sponsorship, and linear mediaProven success selling complex, integrated media solutionsExperience leading and developing high-performing sales teamsStrong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skillsHighly organized, strategic, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentTRAVEL, LIFTING, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role primarily takes place in an office settingOccasional domestic and international travel requiredCOMPENSATIONActual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
