As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in representing our organization. This dynamic position involves ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing essential support to our on-site HR Generalist. Join our winning team and make a difference!
Responsible for:
Welcoming and greeting employeesand visitorswith a positive, helpful attitude. Managing a high volume front desk.Oversees the reception area by keeping the work areas clean and organized.
Supply management: Maintains inventory of office supplies and anticipates needs; ensures a proactive approach to theprompt ordering and receipt and distribution of supplies. Running errands
Processing documents:Photocopying, sorting, filing, and distributing documents, often of a highly confidential nature.
Supporting events:Managing company events and catering needs.
Managing mail and shipments:Handling mail correspondence, sorting incoming mail. and sending outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
Maintaining records often of a highly confidential nature:Keeping logs, data entry, and routine clerical records.
Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring proactive opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Maintaining office equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, calling for repairs, and monitoring equipment operation.
Organizing and prioritizing tasks independently and with discretion, using sound judgement to ensure efficiency.
HR functions: Managingthe collection of credentials and licensures for newly hired clinical staff. Assisting with sourcing candidates for open positions. Manages the posting of open positions on a variety of job posting sites.

The equivalent to the completionof a high school diploma
One to two years of office assistant and adminstration experience
A valid drivers license.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalcommunication, organizational and time managementskills.
A friendly disposition and the ability to interact well with a variety of personalities.
A strong detail and accuracy orientation.
PC proficiency using Microsoft Office products,Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
