Survey Agent

A company is looking for a Survey Agent - Contractor (USA Only). Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to conduct surveys and provide information Respond to and resolve inbound phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner Manage a large volume of outbound and inbound calls daily and update databases with survey responses Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Basic knowledge of internet tools and Windows OS Ability to work from home with reliable internet and a computer with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid government ID
