This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting for new opportunities while also building long-term customer relationships that drive recurring business and account growth.This is a highly visible territory-based sales role focused on business development, relationship management, and consultative selling across commercial customers.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and grow new business opportunities within your assigned territoryProspect through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, social selling, and in-person meetingsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline with a focus on conversion and revenue growthIdentify customer pain points and position technology solutions that solve operational and communication challengesPrepare proposals, pricing, quotes, and presentations for customersPartner closely with internal operations, engineering, and service teams to deliver strong customer solutionsManage account relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and account expansionMaintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting, and pipeline updatesConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metricsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of B2B sales experienceProven success in outbound prospecting and new business developmentStrong hunter mentality with the ability to close new logosExperience managing customer relationships and growing existing accountsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM tools and sales technologiesAbility to build relationships with decision-makers and executive stakeholders
