Risk Project Manager

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Strong knowledge of Credit Risk processes, data, and regulatory expectations. Proven experience delivering technology projects in financial services. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise program governance. Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to tailor messages for senior leadership presentations. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders Roles & Responsibilities Project Management Support end to end delivery of Credit Risk technology programs, including scope definition, planning, execution, risk management, and implementation. Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reporting for senior executives and governance bodies. Coordinate cross functional teams including Technology, Risk, Data, Operations, and Compliance to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Drive Agile delivery frameworks depending on project need; facilitate sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives when applicable. Manage project budgets, resource allocations, and vendor engagements. Identify project risks and blockers; propose mitigation strategies and escalate issues proactively. Ensure compliance with internal governance, SDLC processes, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Business Analysis Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Develop process flows Conduct impact analyses on data, systems, processes, and operating models. Partner with data and risk teams to define data sourcing requirements, data quality checks, lineage, and validation rules. Prepare user training materials, SOP updates, and change management documentation. Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year
