Employees have opportunities for salary increases through our tiered training program, as well as monthly performance incentives.Schedule : 7:00 AM -5:30 Monday- Thursday CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT Objective : To assemble, test and tag hoses, tubes, fittings, and accessories with the highest level of quality and efficiency.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalentJob RequirementsAbility to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up supervisionAbility to stand throughout entire shiftBe customer service and quality drivenAbility to read and comprehend blueprintsAbility to be cross trained in other functionsObservant, attentive to detail, and quality consciousSelf-motivated and task drivenBasic math, reasoning, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently or in a team environmentAbility to lift up to 40lbs.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesExecute assignments as given by the supervisor or group leaderMeet or exceed quality of work and quantity expectationsFollow all work instructions, policies, work rules, safety guidelines, and work proceduresUtilize measurement devices like calipers, digital scales, and gage clocks to perform quality checks as requiredPerform basic preventative equipment maintenance as assignedParticipate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer complaint resolution effortsImmediately inform supervisor or group leader of all equipment, process, material, safety, or quality concernsTraining other team members as assignedParticipate in daily area clean up and more significantly facility clean-up efforts as assignedRead and understand product blueprints and technical data sheets as requiredSet up machinery and properly use protractors and other jigs and fixtures as requiredEnsure completed product and left-over materials are returned to proper locationsAccept reassignments to other departments as workload dictatesPhysical RequirementsThis position demands physical strength, endurance, using industrial tools and machinery.
