Superintendent - Custom Homes

We are seeking a driven, detail‑oriented Superintendent to join our custom home building client team. This role oversees all on‑site operations for new custom home builds and renovation projects, including project planning, daily field management, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. Responsibilities include estimating support, tracking budgets and job‑cost reports, maintaining schedules, enforcing safety and quality standards, and ensuring all work aligns with plans, specifications, and company expectations.
