StretchLab is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee sales and operations for our Clovis studio. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to ‘Live Long’. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – healthcare, personal training, yoga, Pilates, and more – and brought in the world’s leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab’s proprietary flexologist™ training ensures that their client’s receive a world class stretching session. StretchLab currently has close to 500 locations open nationwide with immediate plans for expansion. POSITION: The ideal General Manager will oversee all Studio functionality from Sales to Flexologists to promote a diverse, fast-paced, and enjoyable environment for all studio members and employees. REQUIREMENTS: ● 2+ years of sales experience and previous management experiences minimum >5 years preferred ● Bachelors Degree preferred ● Excellent sales, communication (both via phone and email), and customer service skills required ● Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail o Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines o Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking pop-up events o Implement sales process to schedule prospects into First Visits ● Training of Other Employees ● Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner and area manager ● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment with self-motivation and excellent critical thinking skills ● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment. ● Solid writing and grammar skills. ● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. ● Professional Qualities including: o Punctual, reliable, and neat o Strong attention to detail and accuracy o Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information o Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public. ● Proficiency with computers and Studio software. o Includes running daily, weekly, and monthly reports o Assisting Members and Employees with App and CR use ● Assist in Social Media Administration and Maintenance ● Key Holder ● Daily and/or occasional travel may be required RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Director of Sales and Member Retention o Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts o Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking ▪ 1-2 pop-up events per week per studio o First Visit Scheduling o Follow-Up with leads, missed sales, lost sheep, etc o Scheduling appointments for members to ensure use of memberships o Managing member experience and memberships ▪ This includes issues with member contracts, refunds, past due accounts, etc o Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio ● Managerial Role o Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc. o Employee Schedules o Weekly Meetings with individual employees o Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists o Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures o Assisting with biweekly payroll ● Studio Management o Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio o Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible o Assist with maintenance of phones, internet, air conditioning with communication with owner o Key Holder ● Professionalism o Independently make decisions related to high level customer service o Handle Conflict-Resolution well o Provide quality constructive criticism and feedback o Timely, organized, self-motivated, critical thinker, excellent attendance ● Any other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: ● Competitive compensation based on experience ● Free or discounted memberships ● Commission paid on sales ● Opportunity for bonus based on performance. ● Opportunity for participation in company Health Insurance and 401K ● Huge opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional management opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Work Location: In person
