You will:Source and attract candidates for senior and hard-to-fill positions using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needsIdentify and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach and personalized communicationConduct talent mapping and market research to support strategic hiring initiativesUse Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent poolsCreate compelling, tailored outreach messages to improve engagement and response ratesContinuously test and optimize sourcing strategies and candidate engagement approachesCollaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profilesRequirementsThis position requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in an international recruitment environment.
