Learning Management System Administrator
Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven LMS Administrator / Talent Development Coordinator to support learning systems, reporting, and training program operations for a leading energy company in Houston.In this role, you will manage and support the Learning Management System (Workday / SuccessFactors), ensuring employees are assigned, completing, and tracked on required training programs. You will also support Talent Development initiatives through reporting, data analysis, and coordination of leadership programs.This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel and reporting skills, experience working in HR systems or LMS platforms, and a high level of attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesAdminister LMS (Workday / SuccessFactors): assign courses, track completions, troubleshoot issuesBuild and maintain reports using Excel and Power BIAudit and maintain accurate data across systemsSupport HR and Talent Development programsSchedule trainings and track attendanceMaintain SharePoint sites and internal training contentCreate surveys and analyze resultsSupport leadership programs (logistics, coordination, tracking)Process invoices and expense reportsAssist with e-learning content (Articulate 360 is a plus)Identify process improvements and support reporting enhancementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree required2+ years of LMS, HRIS, or HR Coordinator experienceStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reporting)Experience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsExperience with Workday or SuccessFactors preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksWork EnvironmentOnsite role in Houston (Greenway area)9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)Fast-paced, team-oriented environment5–10% travel may be requiredAdditional RequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
